Be sure to
read my terms of use!! Do
not share your member name or password with anyone! If it is found that you have
shared your membership information with others you will have your membership
terminated no questions asked. There will be no refunds given.

terms are subject to change at any time. Please, be sure to
check back from time to time. If you have any questions about my
terms please let me know. I am pretty flexible on allot of
things so do not be afraid to ask.
You are responsible to follow the terms of use even if you do not
read them.
Due to type of site...there will be no refunds given.
You must add your membership logo to at least a memberships page linked back to
http://www.glennda.com
You will have 7 days to comply or your membership will be suspended until you
do.
You must join the Yahoo Update Group. You will find the information to it
in the members area.
You must inform me of any changes to your email & web address ASAP!!
If I can not get in touch with for any reason your membership will be suspended
until you contact me.
Thank you for understanding but I have really had a hard time keeping track of
members to see if they are abiding by my TOU.
You must link the Adoptable and the Logo back to http://www.glennda.com
You must have a No Right Click Script on the page you use the Adoptables
on. You may not resize or recolor any adoptable. You may not tube
any piece of the adoptable.
Please feel free to use my tubes/graphics to make
websets, premades, sigtags, and etc for non profit or profit.
You may not offer them as they are for download or add them to any
collection on cd.
**I am sorry
to say that any tubes I have created from my membership can not be used in
Sigtag Creators unless stated as ok as a term of use in the original lineart creators
terms of use. I know this is a bit overwhelming as a term due to some much
confusion on the matter but I must state this in order for me not to lose my
memberships. Thank you for understanding!!**
Lineart must be
colored in before used. After colored you may use as tubes in a membership
area or sell as tube packs. You may not use them as is or add them to a
members area as is. There is no license required to tube.
Please, provide a link back to

on page displayed. Any
Lineart that I have created after it is colored may be used in a sigtag maker.
You may mix and match my backgrounds with others.
You may not use them as they are for download but you may use them
to create websets of your own for download. Please, feel
free to colorize them to fit your needs. Please link back
to http://www.glennda.com
Any blank blinkies you may add your own text too. You may
not change any of my premade blinkies. Blinkies and blinkie racks needed
to be linked back to http://www.glennda.com

You may add text to blank buttons, quilt squares, banners, and
main image where applicable. You may not mix with other sets. You
must link the logo button back to http://www.glennda.com
You may not recolor any graphics in set. You may not resize any graphics
in set.
You may not offer as
download on your site. They are not meant for mass production.
I would appreciate a text link in your email back to http://www.glennda.com
I understand there are times that this could be hard to do, but if possible
please let others know where you received your tag. Tags are not to be
changed in any way, no re-colorizing, no resizing, etc.
Tutorials
You may not copy and add my tutorials to your website. Any resemblance to
any other tutorial is purely coincidental. What you create from my
tutorials is
yours to do with as you wish. If you create websets, stationary, tubes,
& exc. with what you create a link back to www.glennda.com
on page displayed is mandatory. You may copy and print out for personal
use only. Do not send my tutorials through any group.
